About Us
Heather D. Hastings
Visionary Founder


She is the driving force behind Harmony in Daily Happiness, a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health awareness and support. With a profound commitment to improving mental wellness in communities, Heather has built an organization that champions the importance of daily happiness and
emotional well-being.
In 2024, motivated by her experiences and a desire to foster a society where mental well-being is prioritized, Heather founded Harmony in Daily Happiness. The nonprofit aims to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and provide resources and support for individuals seeking help.
Heather believes in the power of small, daily actions to improve mental health. Her philosophy of “daily happiness” emphasizes the importance of finding joy and fulfillment
in everyday moments. This approach is reflected in the programs and initiatives of Harmony in Daily Happiness, which focus on practical strategies for maintaining mental
well-being.
When she’s not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, friends, practicing mindfulness and meditation, and exploring nature. She believes in living the principles she promotes, finding balance and happiness in her own daily life.
